A 'TERRITORY PROJECT' FOR THE POLESINE
....The qualitative leap that the Polesine must now accomplish is precisely that of considering VenTo not only as a cycle tour, but above all as a more articulated 'territorial project', which in the intentions of promoters must try to link together sustainable mobility, tourism slow, enogastronomy and local traditions, interaction with the most typical economic realities of our province, towards the construction of an alternative tourist offer able to attract visitors from all over Europe and to recalibrate the tourist image (still too weak and little connoted) of our territory, from the Ferrarese Transpadana to the Delta. In particular, an all-Polesan challenge imposes itself: being able to integrate bikes and waterways, because here sustainable mobility can finally find new opportunities for integration with river navigation along the Po and the Canalbianco. ....
